RGB rings and dual button labels
StarRay has RGB light rings around the sticks with several lighting modes. The face buttons carry both PS5 and PC labels, and a mode switch on the back lets you move between platforms without relearning the layout. Bluetooth also works with iOS and Android.

Two-stage triggers and back-button macros
The triggers switch between a roughly 15 mm linear mode and a 0.3 mm micro-switch mode. In Monster Hunter Wilds I used linear travel for charging the bow and flipped to micro-switch for the heavy bowgun. The four back buttons support turbo and macro recording, set up directly on the controller.

Latency and the PS5 touchpad
In PS5 mode the touchpad supports swipes and clicks, so Astro Bot plays fine. Measured with Gamepadla: 1.02 ms average wired (XInput) on PC and 3.79 ms over Bluetooth in Sony mode.

The StarRay app: customize from your phone
StarRay has an official app, Brook Controller Center, for iOS and Android. Remapping, macros, turbo, stick tuning and firmware updates are all done from your phone.

- REMAPReassign any button to fit how you play
- MACRORecord button sequences and fire complex inputs with one press
- TURBOSet turbo modes and speed per game
- JOYSTICKTune stick response curves and center dead zones
- SYSTEMSystem settings and firmware updates
Before first use: some StarRay units need one firmware update from a PC; after that, all updates happen in the app.
